The first and last fuelling stop for vessels and guests in the Arabian Gulf, Al Hamra Yacht Club and its 200-berth marina for yachts up to 50 metres is sited in a calm lagoon with buoyed entrance channel and was the host club to the Alinghi catamaran campaign for the 34th America's Cup.
Operated by yachtmasters, for yachtmasters, the marina has all-tide access, and is sheltered for ease of manoeuvring at the dock. Fully licensed, the ground floor restaurant presents a fusion of European, Asian and Arabic cuisines with dining inside or on the terrace and overlooking the tranquil marina. The upper floor offers a private yacht club with bar, games room, conference facilities and extensive terrace lounge seating with views over the marina and Arabian Gulf.
Set on the mouth of the Al Hamra lagoon, the marina is an extension of the Al Hamra Village community development, incorporating the shopping mall, golf club, residential housing and hotels at the far western side of Ras Al Khaimah.
